We wanted something that was for a boy but not to cartoonish or silly. Wedidn't want something too "babyish", and as my husband loves sailing and fishing, this was a perfect design. The quilt has hand stitching around it, and the colors are beautiful. The items are also made with 100% cotton, which I like. It may wrinkle easily, but it is best for the baby's skin. The quilt and the bumper are thin, but considering that most literature recommends that one should not use these items in the crib due to SIDS dangers, I am comfortable with that. It fits perfectly around my crib. I would say to wash it in cold gentle cycle to keep it looking great. Why not 5 stars?
