What a pain in the neck. We picked it up locally, I dragged it up the stairs to our condo, and the first piece out of the box was broken in half (even though the package was fine). If only Delta had made this structural piece (made out of balsa wood basically) a little thicker, it probably wouldn't have broken right on the screw hole. The wood was only about 1/8 inch thick on either side of the screw hole, so that's of course where it broke. Aggravating that because they couldn't spend an extra dollar a crib to make the wood a little thicker, I had to spend 4 hours schlepping it to and from the store.
