We are not using the crib yet and are first time parents, but we were impressed by the quality and sturdiness of the wood. The crib came within a week of ordering and all of the components were in great shape. The only issue that my husband found was trying to put it together. The company sent us the wrong directions for a similar crib that they sell. It made it a little bit harder to figure out! All in all- it was still put together in under 2 hours.
