Low Price Skip Hop Mod Dot 5-Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set

Overall, I've been very happy with this set. The fabric is nicer than that in most other crib bedding I looked at, and I like the modernist appeal. It fits well with a number of nursery themes, which is great if you want a theme but can't stand the cutesy prints most companies sell on crib sheets. As in the pictures, as well, it can stand alone in a minimalist nursery if you don't want a theme (or if your theme is "modernist").

I only have two complaints, one of which I've seen echoed in the other comments:

1. The yellow is very garish -- a neon yellow-green. Unfortunately, one of the sheets is that color. It would have been better if the solid sheet were red, if they wanted to pick one of the gender-neutral colors in the set, as the red is a nice shade. Our nursery was already painted a warm shade of yellow before we bought this set; the dots aren't too obviously out of tune against the walls, but the yellow sheet is, so we avoid using it.

2. The sheets are a bit small for our (normal crib-sized) mattress. It's a real struggle to get that sheet over the last corner of the mattress, which is a problem when I'm changing the sheets by myself in the middle of the night and want it done quickly.
