This mobile is awesome. The projection instantly distracts and calms crying babies, and the mobile runs long enough (about 20 minutes) to lull your little one to sleep. The music, and nature and heartbeat sounds are all wonderful. The remote control comes in very handy after you baby falls asleep and you want to turn the mobile off (I always turned it off after my daughter fell asleep to conserve the batter, which has lasted far longer than I anticipated. I have yet to change them and I've had the mobile for months). I haven't tried removing the mobile part to project the images on the ceiling, but I thought that was really cool and definitely influenced my decision to buy the mobile.
