I tested whether or not my baby was soothed by making my own CD of vacuum sounds, running water, etc. BUT the problem with that is EVERYONE has to listen to it :( It's ok for awhile but hours and hours makes it a little crazy making. SO awesome Grammy bought Sleep Sheep. I eyed Mr. Sheep with some suspicion as we'd also tried a projector sound machine by Homedics and it broke after a night. And putting the sound part into the sheep was frustrating because it has to go in exactly right but when it does it goes in like butter. Anyway, the true test...whether or not it kept my baby sleeping soundly. It does! Woo hoo! I'm happy, she's happy.
