This crib looks great put together but came with scratch on front of crib. A marker covers it up easily but I have found that every item I have ordered in the espresso color has come with one scratch or another... and this is no exception. The crib was fairly easy to put together however like most people have said it came with missing pieces. At first I was impressed that the pieces were all sealed and labeled, so I thought that they have resolved the problem of missing pieces. The problem, however, was not really missing pieces but that I had 2 extra of the wrong piece so it looked like at first I initially had all the pieces but when the crib was put together two pieces did not match. If you do order this product, and it is nice... just give extra time for the 'missing pieces' to arrive if you end up being one of the unlucky people that this happens to.
